Conditions for Returning the Product

  1. The product must be broken. (Product have not been worn, washed or modified)
  2. The product is faulty. (Product delivered does not match your order)
  3. The returned products must be in its original packaging and conditions.
  4. In the case where the customer refused or was not able to pick up the package from the appointed location, the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery and refund the customer in full.
  5. In the case that delivery is not possible due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable event, the company will arrange a refund for the customer if the event exceed than ………days.

The following items are NON-Exchangeable and NON-Returnable

Refund Policy

  1. In the case where a purchase was made via credit/debit card. If Dead on arrive and customers send clear picture, we then proceed the refund to issued bank owner within 1-3 working days. After that, the refund will be completed depending on bank conditions within 30-45 days.
  2. In the case where a purchase was paid by cash, the company will arrange the refund via bank transfer to the account with the customer’s name within 7-14 days. If the customer wishes for the refund to be made to an account with a different name, a copy of the account owner and the customer’s national ID card will be required alongside a signature indicating the customer’s willingness for the money to be transferred to that account.
